Corsair RMA experience in Canada - Memory replacement

Here is what I got: 

Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16GB 4X4GB DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24 Dual Channel Memory Kit

After installing it, I noticed weird blue screens and sudden application crashes on a fairly new workstation. They did not happen very often, maybe 1-2 times a day, so not devastating, but quite annoying. Tried many things to remedy, but then decided to check memory with Memtest. During the first 15% of it I got over 100K errors in one specific region of the 16GB range, so I estimated 1 stick is faulty. By taking 1 stick at a time I figured which one that was. Other 3 together showed no errors in Memtest.

I filed an online RMA with Corsair, and got a shipping address to send my defective parts in. I did not want to pay for shipping, so after several interactions with Corsair, I finally convinced them to provide a shipping label for me - so free shipping from Ontario to California and back. Probably saved $20 this way. Thank you, Corsair!

Here is the schedule, as it went on:
August 14 - RMA initiated.
August 15 - RMA approved.
August 16 - Shipping label received on the email.
August 17 - Package dropped off at the nearest UPS store.
August 24 - Defective kit received by Corsair.
August 30 - Replacement kit sent out by Corsair.
September 10 - UPS attempted delivery, but said no such address existed. I called them and explained everything - they rescheduled delivery for the following day.
September 11 - UPS successfully delivered the package.

The memory kit I received was new, not refurbished (Corsair stickers intact).
Overall, it took almost a month to process the replacement.
I wish they had an RMA center in or near Toronto, or at least cross-ship the replacement.

Having installed the new memory, I re-tested it with Memtest - found no errors during the first 20% - and did not go beyond that, to save time. No application or system crashes so far.
